First of all, I would like to thank you for visiting my blog today! I'm Hayley, your average 23 year old who enjoys cooking, socialising and of course eating.
Since September of 2014, my life has changed dramatically when I first walked through the doors of my local Slimming World group.
I was a very different person back then to who I am now. I had no confidence, was really shy, unwilling to participate in anything with family and friends because I was too embarrassed about my weight. I had always been the bigger person, larger than life girl who plodded along with her studies and kept her head down until late 2014.
Since joining Slimming Word I have lost over 8 stone and couldn't be any prouder of myself. It even tops my greatest achievement of a BA Hons in Graphic Design!
My reasons for creating a blog is to help motivated myself to keep on track since getting to my target in March 2016. I've always enjoyed writing personal food diaries, so I thought why not share them? I always get asked what sort of foods I eat by people who are inspired by weight loss in and out of group.
So, here it is! My own blog that you can also use too!!
In return, I hope we can all motivate one another to succeed in our weight loss goals and help each other along through those difficult times that we all dread.
